Reporting a problem

To help me fix it quickly, please include:

• Your device and system version (for example Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android or Windows).
• The Caiet version, shown in the About screen.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Your documents

Caiet works on files stored on your own device and does not upload them anywhere, so there is no account to recover. Please don't send documents unless I ask for one.
